If you're good with numbers and love keeping finances on track, then you're on the right track. You will handle budgeting, reporting, and day-to-day financial operations.

Maintain Financial Records Record day-to-day financial transactions and ensure all entries are accurate, timely, and in compliance with company policies. Accounts Payable & Receivable Manage billing, invoicing, vendor payments, and client collections while keeping track of aging reports. Financial Reporting Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements, profit/loss summaries, cash flow reports, and expense breakdowns. Budgeting & Forecasting Assist in budget creation and financial forecasting, providing insights to support strategic business decisions. Audit-Ready Documentation Organize and maintain all financial records, vouchers, and supporting documentation in a manner that ensures smooth audits. Tax Compliance & Filing Handle GST, TDS, and other statutory tax filings accurately and on time, ensuring full regulatory compliance. Coordination with Teams & CA Collaborate with internal teams and external auditors/accountants for reconciliations, financial planning, and statutory requirements. Banking & Reconciliations Conduct bank reconciliations, track transactions, and ensure records match with statements and internal ledgers. Requirements 1–2 years of accounting experience (preferably in a service-based or agency environment). Proficiency in Tally, Zoho Books, QuickBooks, or similar accounting software. Strong knowledge of GST, TDS, and general accounting standards. Excellent organizational and time management skills. High attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality.
