AI Agents & Automation

The repetitive half of the work, running without you.

  • First agent live in 3–4 weeks

Most of what an agency or a sales team does every week is not judgement. It is looking things up, drafting the same shape of document, checking whether anything changed, and chasing people who have not replied.

That part can run on its own. We build agents that do a specific job on a schedule, write their output somewhere a person can review it, and stop when they are unsure. Nothing publishes or sends without a human unless you decide it should.

This site runs six of them. They research keywords, draft articles, watch industry news, fix on-page problems, answer common questions and submit the site to directories. That is the same architecture we build for clients.

What's included

  • A scoped agent that does one job properly, rather than a chatbot that does everything badly
  • Runs on a schedule with no button to press
  • Output lands in a review queue, not straight into production
  • A quality gate that rejects its own weak work before you ever see it
  • A log of every run, what it did and what it cost
  • Free-tier models wherever they are good enough, so there is no per-seat bill

How we work

  1. 01 Find the repetition We sit with whoever does the task now and time it. If it is not repetitive and rule-bound, an agent is the wrong tool and we say so.
  2. 02 Write the judgement down The hard part is not the model, it is describing what "good" looks like precisely enough that a machine can be held to it.
  3. 03 Build with a gate Every agent gets a quality check it must pass before its output is stored. Ours scans for the tells of machine-written copy and throws the draft away.
  4. 04 Run supervised For the first few weeks everything is reviewed. You see what it gets right and what it does not before anything is trusted.
  5. 05 Hand over the dial You decide what it is allowed to do unattended. That line moves as it earns it, and it is always yours to move back.

What you receive

  • The agent, running on your own infrastructure
  • An admin screen showing every run and its output
  • A review queue for anything it produces
  • Written description of what it will and will not do
  • Handover session with whoever will own it

Why choose us for this

We run this on ourselves first

Six agents keep this site fed. Everything described here is something we maintain daily, including the parts that are annoying.

A gate before a gimmick

Generated content published unread is what gets sites penalised. We build the review step before we build the generator.

No subscription trap

It runs on your server, on free-tier models where they suffice. If you stop working with us it keeps running.

Questions people ask

Will it replace someone on my team?

It removes the part of their week they resent. Every agent we have built still needs a person deciding what ships.

What does it cost to run each month?

Usually nothing beyond your existing hosting. We use free model tiers where they are good enough and tell you plainly when a job genuinely needs a paid one.

What if the AI writes something embarrassing?

It cannot publish. Output sits in a review queue, and a quality gate rejects the worst of it before it even gets that far.

Do I need technical staff to run it?

No. It is an admin screen with a list and an approve button.
