This explains what DigiBread (“we”, “DigiBread”) collects when you use digibreadadvertising.tech or contact us, why we collect it, who else sees it, how long we keep it, and how to have it removed.

We operate from India and Canada. We handle personal information in line with India’s Digital Personal Data Protection Act 2023 and Canada’s Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA). If you are in the UK or the EU, the rights described under Your rights are available to you on the same terms.

What we collect, and when

When you send an enquiry

Your name, and whichever of email address, phone number and company you choose to give. Whatever you write in the message. We also record the IP address and browser your submission came from, to detect automated spam, and the page you were on when you sent it.

When you use the chat assistant

The messages you type, and which options you tap, are stored for the length of the conversation. If you then leave your details, the conversation is attached to your enquiry so we can answer it properly rather than asking you to repeat yourself.

Anything you type into the chat is sent to a third-party AI provider to produce a reply. Tapping the buttons does not do this; only free text does. Those providers are named under Who else sees it. Please do not type anything confidential into the chat window — send it by email instead.

When you sign up for a demo or a guide

Your email address, and optionally your name and phone number, together with a record of when you consented and when you confirmed. We use double opt-in: you are added only after clicking a link in a confirmation email, and we keep the timestamp as evidence of that.

When you apply for a job

Your name, contact details, the role you applied for, whatever you write, and your CV if you attach one. CV files are stored in private storage that is not reachable from the web and is readable only by us.

When you simply read the site

Nothing that identifies you, unless you agree to analytics and advertising cookies. Until you choose, measurement is switched off rather than merely hidden — see the Cookie Policy.

Business contact details we collect ourselves

We research businesses that may need our services, using publicly available sources such as business directories, public map listings, public domain registration records and companies’ own websites. Where a business publishes a contact address, we may write to it once to introduce ourselves.

This is business contact information, used for a business purpose. Every message we send says how we found you and how to stop. Reply with “no” and we will not write again — that is recorded and honoured permanently. You can also email hello@digibreadadvertising.tech to be removed before we ever contact you, and we will add you to our suppression list.

Why we collect it

  • To answer your enquiry and to provide services you ask us for.
  • To send the sequence you signed up for, until you unsubscribe.
  • To consider your job application.
  • To keep the site secure, to block automated abuse, and to keep proper business records.
  • To understand which pages are useful, if you have agreed to analytics.

We do not sell your personal information, and we never have. We do not share it for anyone else’s marketing.

Who else sees it

We use a small number of suppliers to run the business. They only receive what they need, and only to do the job we use them for.

  • Hostinger — hosts the website and the database, in the EU.
  • Zoho Mail — carries our email, so anything you send us passes through it.
  • Brevo — sends the mailing-list sequences you opted in to.
  • Groq, Google (Gemini) and OpenRouter — generate chat assistant replies. They receive what you type into the chat, and nothing else about you: no name, no email address, no phone number.
  • Google — provides analytics and advertising, and only if you agree to those cookies.

We will also disclose information if the law requires it, or to establish or defend a legal claim.

Where it goes

Our server is in the European Union, and some suppliers above process data outside India and Canada. Where information leaves the country it was collected in, it stays subject to this policy and to our agreements with those suppliers.

How long we keep it

  • Enquiries and chat transcripts — three years from your last contact with us, then deleted.
  • Mailing list — until you unsubscribe. We keep a record that you unsubscribed, so that you are not added again by mistake.
  • Job applications and CVs — twelve months, unless you ask us to keep them longer or to delete them sooner.
  • Business contact details for outreach — removed on request, and suppression records kept indefinitely so a request to stop is never lost.
  • Records we are required to keep — for as long as the law requires.

Your rights

You can ask us to:

  • tell you what we hold about you, and give you a copy;
  • correct anything that is wrong;
  • delete it;
  • stop using it for marketing — which we will do without asking why;
  • withdraw a consent you gave, at any time.

Email hello@digibreadadvertising.tech. We answer these ourselves and aim to do so within thirty days. There is no charge.

If you are not satisfied with how we have handled it, you may complain to the Data Protection Board of India, or to the Office of the Privacy Commissioner of Canada, depending on where you are.

Security

The site is served over HTTPS. Form submissions are rate limited and validated. Uploaded CVs are stored outside the web root. Access to enquiry records requires a login on our company domain, and is limited to the people who need it.

No system is perfect. If you believe something has gone wrong, tell us at hello@digibreadadvertising.tech and we will investigate it properly.

Children

This site is aimed at businesses and is not intended for children. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18. If you believe a child has sent us information, tell us and we will delete it.

Changes

If we change this policy we will change the date at the top. Where a change materially affects how we use information you have already given us, we will tell you directly rather than relying on you noticing.
