Email Marketing
The one channel you own outright.
- First sequence live in 2 weeks
Every other channel is rented. An algorithm change can halve your reach overnight and there is no appeal. A list of people who agreed to hear from you is the only audience nobody can take away.
Most email programmes fail for unglamorous reasons: the domain was never authenticated, so half of it went to spam. The list was bought, so the complaints started immediately. Or the emails were about the company rather than about the reader, so nobody opened the second one.
We set up the boring parts properly, then write sequences that are worth opening.
What's included
- SPF, DKIM and DMARC configured so your mail authenticates
- A sending domain kept separate from the mailbox your quotes go out on
- Double opt-in capture with the consent evidence stored
- Welcome and follow-up sequences written for your customers
- Designed templates, not plain text — the email is a sample of your work
- Unsubscribe handling that actually works, on every send
- Reporting on replies and enquiries rather than open rates
How we work
- 01 Fix the plumbing Authentication records first. There is no point writing anything until we know it arrives.
- 02 Build the list honestly Capture forms, a reason to subscribe, and consent recorded with the page and date. Bought lists get accounts closed and we will not use them.
- 03 Write the sequence Four or five emails that are useful whether or not the reader ever buys. The last one asks a single question.
- 04 Warm the domain Volume climbs gradually. A new domain that sends two hundred emails on day one gets filed as spam permanently.
- 05 Read what happened Which email produced replies, which lost people, what the unsubscribes had in common. Then rewrite the weak one.
What you receive
- Authenticated sending domain
- Capture forms on your site with consent evidence
- A written sequence, designed and tested across mail clients
- A sending account configured and warmed
- Monthly report on replies and enquiries
Why choose us for this
We separate marketing from your mailbox
Bulk sending through the mailbox your client quotes go out on damages the domain those quotes depend on. The two get kept apart.
Designed, not typed
A plain-text marketing email from a design agency disproves the pitch. Every template we send is a sample of the work.
We refuse cold lists
Not on principle alone — it gets the sending account closed, usually on the day it matters most.
Questions people ask
Can you email a list I already bought?
No. It will get your sending account terminated and your domain flagged, and the reply rate on those lists does not justify the risk. We would rather build you a real one.
How often should we send?
Less than you think. A useful email once a month beats a newsletter every week that people learn to skip.
What if we have no list at all?
That is the normal starting point. Capture goes on the site first and the sequence is ready by the time there are people to send it to.
Do you handle the writing?
Yes. You review it before anything is scheduled.
