Brand Identity & Clinical Stationery
My Pedia Care
Healthcare
The brief
Dr Kamana Gandhi's paediatric and infectious disease practice needed an identity and, more urgently, the printed forms a clinic uses every hour it is open. The line that runs through the identity — *Precise Care, Right Here.* — is set on everything from the signage to the prescription pad.
The challenge
A clinic runs on paper more than it runs on marketing. Prescription pads, case sheets, referral slips and consent forms are used every hour the doors are open, and each one has to be laid out for a doctor writing at speed rather than for a designer looking at a grid. The identity also had to carry two things at once. Paediatrics needs to feel warm enough that a child in the waiting room is not frightened; infectious disease practice needs to look precise enough that a referring physician takes it seriously. Most healthcare identities pick one and lose the other.
Our approach
Five routes for the mark, then the harder part: designing forms. A prescription pad has to leave room for handwriting, survive a photocopier, and carry the registration number and consulting hours where a parent will actually look for them.
How we built it
Logo routes and final lockup, prescription pad, appointment card, referral sheet, clinic advertisement, and the relocation announcement — all built around the consulting hours and address so nothing needed re-setting when a detail changed.
The result
Dr Gandhi opened with the identity applied across signage, stationery and the full set of clinical forms, all set from the same system. *Precise Care, Right Here.* runs from the signboard down to the prescription pad, so a patient sees the same practice at the door and in their hand a week later.
