The brief
Jay Engineering provides specialist engineering services across several product lines. The site had to make a technical capability legible to someone who arrives from a search knowing only the problem they have.
The challenge
Capability was spread across product lines that meant something internally but nothing to a first-time visitor. Somebody arriving from a search needed to find their own application quickly, without knowing how the company organises itself.
The result
Navigation now follows how buyers look rather than how the company is structured, and each product line has enough written detail to be found by search and to be understood without a call.
